These pitta pockets are honestly one of the best gluten-free breads I've tried. They're soft, easy to open without tearing, and hold fillings really well. I usually warm them up for a minute and they turn perfectly fluffy. Great with falafel, grilled veggies, or chicken.

I was really surprised by how good these are. Gluten-free bread can sometimes be dry, but these pitta pockets are soft and have a nice texture. They're perfect for quick lunches or snacks, especially when stuffed with hummus and fresh vegetables.

Really solid product. The pockets are a good size and hold quite a lot of filling. I usually warm them in a pan for a minute which makes them even softer. Great for quick dinners when you want something simple but tasty.
